A thoughtful conversation. A lasting keepsake.
01 — Begin with an enquiry
Tell Lynden whose story you would like to preserve, where you are based and what you hope to create. Together we identify a suitable package or discuss a tailored project.
02 — Prepare together
We discuss key life chapters, people, dates and places. You can gather photographs or notes, but you do not need a finished script. Preparation and any agreed research help shape the interview. Scope, consent, intended use and delivery arrangements are confirmed before recording.
03 — Record the story
A guided interview gives memories room to unfold. The conversation follows your story at a comfortable pace, within your package’s recording time. You can take a break, skip a topic or ask for a question to be revisited.
04 — Review and refine
The recording is cleaned and transcribed. For booklet and book projects, the story and supplied material are arranged into a readable design. You review the material for names, dates and agreed corrections before final delivery; the editing and review scope is settled at the outset.
05 — Keep and share
Receive the agreed audio, transcript and any booklet or printed book included in your project. Digital or USB delivery is arranged with you. Keep a backup of your digital files so the story remains available for the next generation.
